From The Mailbox

Congratulations Diana on this feature in Wired Magazine. (Thanks, Woodie for the scan.) Diana pretty much rocks!

Next, be sure to see this article in the NYTimes (thanks Julia and Tilli.)

And Daniel Franco will be visiting the Fish Bowl chat room tomorrow, Friday March 3rd at 7PM Pacific Time / 10PM Eastern Time.

Last, just so you won't have to go searching for it (I know I was!)
here is a reminder of what each collection looks like.

thanks, Laura, I needed that reminder! The more I look at the collections, the more I have come to appreciate Daniel's and Santino's. Chloe's is really not to my taste. And Kara's is a wonderful surprise, but I do think Jay did this kind of look better...

Okay, I don't get the NY Times calling Tim Gunn an "unlikely heartthrob." He's tall, handsome, witty and intelligent. That is full-on hearttrob material.

I'm just saying.

Santino is going to win. I see little problems with everyone's collection except for his - it's flawless!

Based on this NY Times article, I'm now thinking that Santino is the winner. He got way more real estate in both the article and the photo spread. I've said it before and I'll say it again, GO SANTINO!!

(from the NYTimes article: "The personality clashes, deadlines and design challenges may be exaggerated for effect, but there is one undeniable reality that can't be ignored by the contestants or their real fashion-world counterparts: hype is not enough. Genius, that evanescent combination of talent, personality, drive and opportunity, is the rarest of commodities."

I thought this was positively brilliant. Thanks for the link.

Did anyone catch the spelling of Zulema's alter ego? The NY Times writer had it as "Shatangi."
