AOL Preview of tonight's episode

There is a commercial at the beginning, then a preview - different from the ones I've seen so far. It looks like Daniel is working on something red - maybe a dress for Chloe? We've seen that Kara wears an ugly grayish-mauvish falling-apart suit. Sorry I don't have a screencap of this...anyone? Anyway it's in a different preview. So, I'm just going to put this theory out there. Feel free to poke holes.....

Kara designs for Santino
Santino designs for Kara
Daniel designs for Chloe
Chloe designs for Nick
Nick designs for Daniel

Thanks Scar!

"Nick designs for Daniel"

Yep, looks that way to me, as well. And doesn't Daniel look fine in those tight white pants? LOL.

I'm worried for Nick, however. The last time we had someone who was confident and gliding through their challenge with speed and ease was Andrae and his topiary dress. And, um, we saw what happened with that.

I will say, however, that if Nick's outfit is for Daniel V., then I think he'll be ok.

Laura, I think you've got the pairs down correctly.

I think what we know for sure at this point from this preview and others is that

1: Nick is designing for Daniel
2: Santino is designing for Kara
3: Chloe is designing for a male

In this preview, Santino was obviously cutting pant pieces out of gray material, which reiterates him designing for Kara.

Also, I couldn't quite tell what Daniel was doing...it could have been sleeve pieces he was cutting, but it looked more like a bodice pieces or a pieced together skirt. From what he was doing w/ the mannequin, it looked like he was pinning for a dress, but I don't know for sure...

I've got Nick as a win at this point, and I don't know why...a hunch I guess...

The pairing looks right to me. For some reason I think Daniel designed the 'Golden Girl' outfit.

I agree that nick's outfit looks okay, which means Chloe is safe?
Kara puts Santino in the red pants? Kara's outfit seems fine..
so does this mean Kara didn't say anything to the judges in defense of her design?

what does all this mean??? I am dying at work grasping for clues of the winner and loser...

I just can't wait till tonight!!

I really can't believe that Kara made those red pants. Maybe that's just something that Santino was wearing. Maybe the "real" pants aren't ready yet. The hat and shirt look like Kara for sure - the pants.....Hmmmm....

Hi

In the AOL clip you can clearly see the pink/white material that Santino's pants were made of folded neatly on Kara's table...

I think she made those pants...

I am not confident in my predictions for tonight's winner and loser....but then, I never seem to be right.

I've given up on my guessing, but I will be there tonight to post as usual!

Selestar, I agree. If you look at all the materials on her workstation, the colors match the outfit we saw Santino wearing a few posts back after getting a haircut.

I paired the designers up the same way Laura did. I think what Nick makes for Daniel looks nice, but I have one reservation.

I'm wondering if maybe Daniel is going to win because he's had such a streak and they haven't shown what Chloe's wearing. All we know is that it's a gorgeous red satin.

I'm guessing Santino is leaving, but I'm waffling on Daniel or Nick to win. Also, why is Chloe putting a black shirt on Nick in the preview, but he's wearing a pink shirt under a vest later? I saw a snippet of what Daniel is wearing, and it appears to be a black shirt with a beige-y jacket. I wonder if Nick was trying on Daniel's shirt or something...

i think u got it laura. i'm worried cuz if it's a makeover i don't see any changes. i guess that's why we don't see chloe. i think daniel is gonna win again.

I couldn't see the preview, but I could hear it. It sounds to me, from the way they profiled Santino saying he'd never give up there at the end, that he's indeed going home tonight.

Sorry, Tino!
