Skyler and Kimberlee - "Budding" Designers!

After watching the "Flower Power" episode last week, cousins Skyler - age 6 and Kimberlee - age 9 decided to dress up their troll dolls in flowery fashions. Here is Skyler with her design in pink...

...and Kimberlee with her troll in purple.

A close-up of the pink ensemble....

And the oh-so-chic runway-ready purple gown.

Congratulations, girls - Your designs are lovely and it looks like you had fun too. This is how ALL of the biggest designers got started. Thanks for sharing!

Oh Laura, they are SO cute!

I actually think that the purple one would have the judges beside themselves! Love it!

Are these students of yours?

I think Kimberlee was channeling Santino with that troll design.

Kimberlee and Skyler: "You are EEN! You may leave the runway"

So cute. I like the use of the Lamb's Ear (the fuzzy grayish green leave) in the pink hair of the one troll. I do, however, think that Michael and Nina would become fixated on the lavish usual of flora on the purple 'frock.'

Those are so adorable! I agree--the Scotch tape is very fashion forward. I think the purple outfit would have satisfied Nina's call for more flowers!

OMG - I used to make clothes for my trolls!! A troll has some pretty substantial booty, as I recall. But these designers seem to have steered clear of the trouble Zulema had with Clothes-Off-Your-Back. GOOD JOB, girls!
