I love Daniel.

So excited that all these great things are happening for him. Everyone should be encouraged to work hard and follow your dreams.

i love daniel, too! this blog was more interesting than his blog about swimsuits BUT that one is intended to be a fashion blog anyway and this one is more like a day in the life.

Which leads me to my next point...I havent posted in a while and am SO HAPPY to catch up on all things runway. Thanks for the great job, Laura!

HOWEVER, i was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to see some of the anonymous comments relating to Danny's other blog (posted around June 12). In my opinion they were homophobic and uncalled for. The design community is a creative place where all are welcome and supported unconditionally. The same is true of PR and I THOUGHT the same was true of BPR.

Just had to get that out there b/c i think it needs to be addressed. Maybe it already has since i noticed that anonymous comments aren't currently being accepted.

nonny mouse--I absolutely agree with your opinions regarding the anonymous comments. Daniel even said that he would have two blog sites-one for everyone, and one for fashion geared towards gay men.

If you don't like it, don't look at it! And as for BPR-if you don't have something nice to say, keep it to yourself.

hey jan- well stated! i'm glad you concur.

i'm not dwelling on this or anything...but laura posted and said she disabled the anonymous comment feature b/c of some of the negative comments. well done, laura!

What's the difference between posting anonymously or posting "ANONYMOUS"?
Freedom of speech is a GREAT thing and no one should ever try to play GOD, even on the internet!
I know you enjoy having your little artificial fashion scene right here but Any and EVERYONE should be able to comment regardless of whether or not they agree with YOU or if they officially want to join your club!
I could have just signed up with my name, but Jennifer is just as anonymous as "ANONYMOUS"!
I'm sure this post will just make you feel stupid and you'll delete it but my posts are never negative, JUST HONEST!

Oh, Way to keep busy Daniel! Really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really good use of your time! Keep it up......tick, tick, tick, minute 13!

Good for Daniel-I'm glad he's enjoying the things that are coming his way and is making the most of them. He has such a great sense of humor and can laugh at himself as well as others. Love the writing and glad he's doing well. Can't wait to hear what he chooses to do as his next design venture!!

Anonymous (not a nonny mouse), I delete posts that contain profanity since this site is intended to be family-friendly. Keeping it fun is the BPR mission.

I've always known that people could sign up and have their user name be 'anonymous.' Anyway, we probably know more than you think since IP addresses are logged.

I'll say it again - BPR is a place where we share our love and support for Project Runway, especially its designers. We are here to cheer them on, not tear them down.

There are plenty of places on the web (the Bravo board being the prime example) where personal attacks and vitriol are welcome. This is not one of them.

I love our BPR Team!

And Daniel, of course.

What a great writer. He can actually put you in the moment with his adjectives and cliches. There must be something about being an artist that resonnates to other fields. Thanks Daniel!

OK, I know this is totally silly, but....
The first comment of Daniel's first blog entry is mine. Hee. Hee.

My take is-ignore them and they'll go away.
