Catching Up With The Mail

Hi everyone,

First, thanks to everyone who has sent me this link to the Banana Republic dress that resembles the dress that Zulema and Kara designed. This dress has been speculated about on several message boards, so I wasn't going to mention it, but it keeps coming up so, in the interest of completeness: IMHO this is just a dress made from the same fabric as, but not necessarily a copy of, Zulema and Kara's dress. I could be wrong, but I don't really think "Banana Republic copied the dress." Do you?

I hope you are visiting the links on the right side of the blog. Santino has a great picture of the designers as figures in "The Last Supper." Guess who is Jesus?

Nick is featured in the new TV Guide. Isn't this a great photo of Nick and Danny V?

You've also been asking about Project Outcast. Click on "Concession Stand" for Karen's humble yet amusing exit. I miss her.

Finally here is a link to one more recap. Please scroll down for the baboon photo. It's worth it - I promise. Not too soon after eating though.

Later!

LK

the banana republic dress is completely different. the fabric is a different design in every way (bodice and skirt) and coloring. if you remember, the fabric zulema and kara used was mostly white with black or navy circling. it may be an alternate coloring of the same fabric, but that is the only similarity.

I posted photos of the two dresses side by side so that you could compare them. I think it looks like the exact same fabric.

Dude, Danny V is developing a major resemblance to the mom on Malcolm in the Middle.

It's a different dress, same fabric. Zuleema and Kara's was 100% nicer.

Of course Santino is the central figure in his Last Supper. Any idea, though, why Andraeiou is Judas?

Andraeiou?!?! You crack me up, Floret!
