Just Stirring Things Up Here....

Okay, Andre and Daniel won last week. I don't see either of them switching out their WINNING models. Why would they?

So....do we really hear Zulema ask, "I would like to see a walk-off....between the THREE models...."???? I listened again and it's sounds a little ...off. It sounds more like it was edited. She actually says "between the remodels." It might have been "between the REmaining models" and then edited to sound like "remodels" which we are interpreting as "three models." Listen again. Are you sure she says "three?" If Zulema wins this challenge, she will be able to choose from ALL of the models, not just three. Does she actually win? Anyone could win and take a new model, causing a chain-reaction-new-model-picking-frenzy. We'll see....

I watched it again yesterday also, but it sure sounded to me that she said "three models". I'll give it another listen later.

I was planning on saving this for next week since I assume this will not be seen until episode 8, but since you bring it up....

A detail I did notice (on the preview shown after episode 2) was that Zulema was sitting front center, the same position we see her on the "Final 7" screen cap, and that Kara is sitting to her left. Heidi is addressing her directly, and Zulema is making a choice. This, in my opinion, is strong evidence that Zulema wins this week.

Andrae loves Danyelle, has mentioned it at least twice up to now, and I don't think will switch. Daniel V., if you recall, actually sacrificed his initial model, Melissa, and chose Rebecca after Daniel Franco decided not to keep her. He's not giving her up.

I think Zulema is going to pass on Rachael and Shannon, and bring out all the models. This has been an option offered each week since episode 3, but not yet used. I think Zulema will snatch Tarah away from Nick, prompting his "I can't believe that b**** di that" remark.

I know many think we are getting fooled by the producers, and that may well be the case, but I don't think so. I think that preview shows us the final 7 designers, and the final 8 models. If I were Zulema, I think I would do the same thing - get the best model on the runway to improve your chances.

tbone, you have some really good points!

Can I ask though...why would there be three models in the first place? There would be Zulema's own model and whoever gets cut (Emmett probably). So that would leave her w/ two models to choose from.

Like I've said...I don't see anyone else wanting to give up their models (except Marla but she doesn't count anymore). I anticipate that Zu will bring out all the models and ask for a walk off...which in and of itself would prompt Nick's remark, but if she takes Tarah from him...it's on!

I've also said that I don't see Zulema making it further then final 5 or 6, so her win and walkoff will have to come soon...tomorrow's episode perhaps?

Just my predictions...

I'm thinking, based on some pictures I've seen, that they might actually be about to have them ALL choose models over again, since they've reached the "halfway" point, from 16 down to 8.

Okay - I listened to it again and I think you may be on to something, Laura. I noticed that they cut away from Zulema's face when she says what sounds like "three". After listening again (and again, and again) you are right - she says "re" models, not three models.

I think you nailed it. I think they have edited "remaining models" to sound like "three models". This only gives further confirmation to the theory that Zulema is going to bring them all out after an Episode 7 win.

And aren't we just completely psycho to be picking this apart!? If I ever accuse anyone (any designer on this show for instance) of being mentally unblalanced, just point me to this post...

:/

We're all with you on it girl...let the crazy ensue!

I have to bring up my earlier point to of why would Zulema have "three" models to choose from in the first place. Unless there was another double elimination, which there clearly isn't...

Right on aj! A three model walkoff doesn't make any sense at this stage of the game.

If the quote is real, she could be picking three models that she likes but "can't decide between" and they aren't neccesarily the only three on the stage. There could be five or six or however many more, but she just wants to see those three.

If Zulema tries to steal Nick's model, he's gonna flip! I can totally see him putting on a big scene and screaming "I'm gonna win you back, girl!"

I really don't want to believe that Zulema could win a challenge. She annoys me to no end. Then again, I can't imagine any of the other designers trading up models at this point, and in order for *anybody* to have a chance to re-pick models, the winner from the previous challenge will have to pick someone other than their model and the losing person's model.

laura and the whole "psych-ward" here: lol

I've looked, I've speculated, I've posted here and elsewhere.

You may be onto something with Daniel V. He may be busy preparing a collection and chose to remain unavailable. I think that he has one of the BEST chances of winning "the crown". Talent plus poise under pressure.

Agree with possibility of "chain reaction" and "feeding frenzy". If Zu does steal Nick's gorgeous model (has anyone ever looked more fabulous than she did in the Barbie outfit), she will automatically ZOOOOM to
the Most-Hated position on PR2.

There also could be some change in the rules regarding the assignment of the models after this episode, as suggested above. THE PLOT THICKENS.

Tbone, you have to be wrong saying that Kara is seated NEXT TO Zu in the first row. That has to be Kara back row left. Maybe your eyes juxtaposed their positions, or else you may have only been half tuned in, as I am frequently. Brain races off on a tangential thought or distraction.

This is playing out more and more like a conspiracy.
But who are the conspirators: the editor/producers or we the astute viewers (if I may so call us)?!!!!

Hey Don, why does it "have to" be Kara in the back row? That still looks like Chloe - clear as mud - to me in the back left and I assume Kara is front right. Of course I could be wrong....

Laura:
Agree: either/or.

I base it on someone's post lightyears ago (as soon as the "photo" first surfaced on the internet, that the left rear figure is wearing a shirt identical (?) to one that Kara had worn in a previous episode.

LOL Don - I will be going in for regular shock treatments in the psych-ward beginning today to manage my neurosis on this...

I've searched each episode and every posted photo for that shirt and have not yet seen it. When I re-watched the post-episode 2 preview that generated all this silliness, it was clear that Kara was sitting next to Zu. It also added confirmation of Andrae in the front-right spot as they show him reacting to Zu's call for the walk-off.

Chloe also has a distinctive "clump" of highlight in her hair that matches what is seen in the screen cap. See the scrapbook photos from episode 2 of Chloe to best see this.

Tbone I pass the crown - you are now officially more obsessed than I am.

This speculation is fabulous!

I've posted some pics in previous posts that have me rather certain that the back left is Chloe. The only reason I think it may not be is height, but you can see that the girl is sitting very straight while Santino is VERY hunched forward.

The hair sort of defines it for me, because Chloe wears her hair in that high ponytail, w/ a fauxhawk quite often.

I think we can all safely concur that Emmett is def gone, and it's just a matter of who is in which seat...as long as certain people are still there, I could care less where they're sitting...lol
