TGIW

Dying to see Diana? Wondering about Kirsten? Will she be wearing a scarf? Maybe the "magnificent" Napoleon scarf? Did she design her own maternity wear? How did John lose the weight? Is Heidi Standridge still impossibly perky? How about Daniel Franco? Has he found his bliss? What has Raymundo been up to? And "What happened to Andrae?"

Who are you really looking forward to seeing again tonight? Here is a link to the Bravo preview.

Is everyone staying up for Project Jay?

In an effort to serve the fans, BPR will once again provide live-posting of tonight's shows. We'll have the usual Party thread for Project Runway, as well as the individual commentary provided by Matthew and Tbone. Immediately after I'll set up a new post for Project Jay as well as a reaction post for the Reunion Episode. I know that a lot of folks will sign off to visit the Bravo website and read Tim's Take or listen to the podcast but just in case anyone wants to hang out here, or to return, we'll have this available. So....who will be joining us tonight?

Meanwhile, today is the last day to vote on your five favorite designs of the season. TBone is going to compile our results along with the favorites on the TwoP board and reveal the top five winners in a super-suspenseful build-up not to be missed!

Last...Don't miss Heidi Klum on "Live With Regis and Kelly" today!

I'm definitely staying up for Project Jay. Is this a one time special? At first I thought it was a new series but the commercials don't say that so I'm sure it's wrong.

I don't know if I'm going to make it all the way through Project Jay...I've been so tired lately :(

I'll be in and out of posting tonight if anything. I think I'm just going to relax and watch it w/ my mom:)

Okay, only on this blog can I admit how addicted I am. I am going to dinner and a show (Tom Jones, ROFLOL, long story) with my cousin tonight and I have my husband taping both shows for me. But I'm afraid with his impairment for all things mechanical that it won't work, so I'm planning a backup taper!! What am I going to do come March 9th????

Oh fun, fun, fun!

Drinks are on the agenda to party along with the designers!

It may be my other obsession seeping through--but I thought Emmet looked a bit like Simon LeBon getting out of the cab. Hee!

whaaaaaat... since when did bravo make all its wmv video clips viewable ONLY ON WINDOWS IE?

that is *so* absurd.

diana is wearing her mathematical knit coat for the reunion!

i suppose we'll watch what happens :)

ps. bravo has also been insanely pushing 'project jay'. good job to their marketing people, because i can hear the 'this is so hard!!!!!' be-ponchoed jay-whine in my sleep...

another piece of stellar journalism from the boston herald...

why are they so catty? it's disgraceful.

i've emailed bravo and told them that there are people who DO NOT use IE for their browser and that they need to make the videos availible for all users.

i suggest those who use mozilla/safari/netscape or apple for the internet to email bravo (look in the FAQ on the website for the email) and let them know.

oh, i'm taping both tonight, but i might pop in once in a while.

Popsugar has a little blurb up about Project Jay including a link to a Time Out NY article/interview which I think has already been posted...but wasn't sure.

I can't wait for the reunion show. Like I've said before, I won't mind a bit of drama, I love that. But I hope there are more laughs than anything else.

I'm taking bets on who is this season's Vanessa, in terms of getting drunk on the reunion show. Will Dirty Diana emerge? My money is on Lupe. That girl drives me nuts. Did you hear that "Whatever!!!" in the previews? Ugh...she grates.

Well we will have a little time after March 9 to debate the final decision, then we will grieve for a while, then we'll get excited again for the Season 3 auditions.

I want to see some of you BPR designers put yourselves out there and try out for Season 3! We want some inside skinny on the process. Getting to meet Tim Gunn would be worth it alone.

I'm totally on for tonight, and I'll stick around for Project Jay.

As for beyond March 9, I'm not liking the negative vibes emanating from Top Chef. The apparent egos from the preview are enough to keep me uninterested.

I've been a lurker here for a long time and I just want to shout out some more love for Daniel F and for Kara. Their depth and integrity stole the show for me. Kara's FW show was totally Rad. I believe all of the designers must super-talented to have gotten on the show at all (think apprentice). I've gotten really attached to this season's contestants. I'm hoping to see them all shine tonight. (ok there are two I don't much care for, but I rather shout out more kara janx's love than focus on that)

Doubt that I'll watch Top Chef. However, Blow Out is starting a new season sometime in March I believe. Did anyone watch the first season. I'll definately watch this one. It's not a competition. Just an eyewitness view of a salon in Beverly Hills and the salon owner Jonathan Antin (sp?). He's a real jerk. LOL!! It was entertaining though. At least they aren't pretending to be a real competition.

I cannot wait for Project Jay; have been looking forward to it since I first heard word of it months ago.

Reply to Stacy: tivo shows that they'll be playing it over and over during the next week. But there's no way I'm missing the premiere episode tonight!

tbone...I'll try out for Season 4! I'm too rusty right now probably, but am trying to get my sewing machine back up and running.

Can we talk about how star struck I'd get over Tim...hello?!

On another note, I'm all over watching Top Model for upcoming season. I've never seen Blow Out, but I've heard good things...I'll have to check it out!

I'm taking the day off from work tomorrow so I can stay up past my bedtime tonight. OK, not really. I'll probably just Tivo Project RunJay (as someone called it).

As for Top Chef, I haven't paid close enough attention to the promos. I'm hoping it will be similar to PBS's Cooking Under Fire, which was really well done and exciting. As long as they follow the model of PR, it should be pretty good, right?

gumdropgirl, you're right of course; we have to completely rely on the judges to tell us whether the food is any good. However, you must agree, as a pastry chef, that presentation is very important in cooking. At least we can judge that part.

Okay, the Flower Power episode is on the marathon at the moment. During Nick's confessional in which he discusses his conflict with Zulema (over model Tarah), he's wearing a pale gray pin-striped vest with a pale pink shirt. Hmm...sounds very much like the outfit that Chloe designed for him in the Makeover episode, one week later. Odd, no?

I am totally going to watch Project Jay. I have been psyched for it for weeks. I, too, am interested in Top Chef. I was addicted to Hell's Kitchen (it was on one of the major networks) this summer and really liked what they did with that show.

But first, I CAN'T WAIT for the PR Reunion show. I can't see the video promo either. Boo.

Hey Phil,
You have to remember that these "episodes" were taped on consecutive days, not a week apart like we view them.
He would be in Chloe's outfit if interviewd the next day.

Are you blogging Top Chef too?
