Would someone be willing to upload this to youtube? Also there are some bonus videos on the bravotv site that I'd love to see.

It's not crucial, but it would be really nice if someone would help out the fans with macs!

thank you.

Nethra, my video source says that she's having problems uploading for some reason. She's working on it, though! We haven't forgotten!

OKay, it never fails that these network interviewers have no idea what questions to ask. You can just tell they haven't seen the show and they only have a little card with some hints. What kinds of questions would WE like to ask Chloe?

Oh I thought of a couple! With eight girls in the house, how many bathrooms did you have? And how many sewing machines? Did you share clothes with any of your sisters? Did your mom teach you to sew? Did she teach all of the girls? Are there any of your sisters who HATED sewing? What is your boyfriend's name? How long have you been dating? Are you still living with your mom? Are you thinking about purchasing a home now? Chloe, we really loved watching you work, would ever consider making a teaching video that shows your draping and pattern-making techniques? Do you keep in touch with any of the other designers? Will you be at Emmett's Grand Opening party on the 17th? Did you do anything special to celebrate your win? Were you surprised to win? Were you exhausted? Do you keep in touch with Grace? When is the Elle photo shoot? Which issue will you be featured in? Okay - that's a start...

You know, Laura, every now and again I start to think that maybe you are not the most addicted person to this show. Maybe Janthe danFan or praddicted or nsa or any of the rest of us loonies may have surpassed you in our unfettered PR mania.

And then you make a comment like the one above. And I know all is right in the world again :)

Okay, Laura, you totally need your own Project Runway interview show in which you ask the questions we all want to know (even if we haven't thought of them yet). OR you could do a re-cap rundown show offering a panel of the top PR recappers commenting while watching each episode. Now THAT would be some good televison.

Laura, you are too funny!! You should be an official PR interviewer, perhaps you should be doing auditions!!

I did think of one question though-Why did you try out for PR instead of Sydney (sp? How do you guys work together and is she toying with trying out for Season 3? That would be sooo cool.

Okay, that's 3 questions.

What made you choose Diana for the final runway challenge? What qualities stood out for you?

LauraK said...

Those are great questions. Why did Chloe choose Diana? It's amazing that the three finalists pretty much chose the most popular "aufed" contestants. Like the producers were offering up a consolation prize to the viewers. "Oh, you miss Nick? You miss Andrae? We'll toss you a crumb..."

Next season we should keep a running tally of "If I could interview so-and-so on national television, here's what I would ask:" Then whenever anyone has the opportunity to do so, they can just come here for our valuable assistance!

To praddicted: Chloe has mentioned in earlier interviews that she is the only one of her sisters that is serious about sewing/designing. Sydney only helps with the PR and marketing aspects of Lot 8. And even though her Mom does help some in the store, it is pretty much a one woman operation. That might have to change now.

I've been biting my lip about some of the comments I have read here and elsewhere concerning her getting help from all of sisters on the final collection. That simply is not true.

Thanks for the info, TBone, I wondered if she was more on the business end, it did seem so. My curiosity about her was raised because Tim seems to be enchanted with her and (I assume that was her on the finale) she seems cool, very passionate as well and a little edgy. Would have been fun to contrast her style with her sister, KWIM?

I agree with you-I was surprised that some jumped to the conclusion that her sisters helped-she can work like a demon when she's inspired and it was a little sad that some had to attribute her success to something other than talent. That irks me for any of the designers. Hope my post didn't imply that I felt that way!

I'm being so random this morning-too much coffee, LOL!!

I think that Nick, Andrae and Diana were the 3 that were the best combination of designers, skilled sewers and cool under pressure. I was surprised that Daniel did not pick Andrae but he had a lot of sewing to do and perhaps Nick was better in that skill set? I think Chloe would have picked one of the other 2 also, but she was the 3rd one to choose.

Lordy, lordy, I've thought about this too much....

No more lip-biting TBone. we count on you to always rise to Chloe's defense!

Good question mimi! I could see Santino picking Raymundo in that scenario...

As a journalist by trade, it never ceases to amazing me when major news anchors try to interview people without having a clue about what to ask. Sheesh. I think Chloe handled it well though... She looks really happy.

It looks like Andy's Blog interview of Chloe answered some of the lingering questions!
